The Manhattan District Attorney’s Office (DANY) solicited information about the potential use of restorative justice principles as part of a treatment approach for abusive partners. Specifically, DANY requested information about how restorative justice principles could be integrated into the design of an abusive partner intervention program in Manhattan, with the goals of holding abusive partners accountable and supporting survivors of abusive in their healing. Information received in response to this RFI will help inform DANY on whether and how to support the development of such an intervention.
